The Website is owned and managed by PinkAlien Event Management, trading as [PinkAlien Food Tours] in Bahrain, where the company is registered (157240-1), and trading as [PinkAlien Tours] in Indonesia, where the company is registered in Bali (2C12E11328-X)
By booking a tour with us, you agree to abide by the following terms:
1- Booking and Payment:
All tour bookings must be made in advance through our website or designated booking channels. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website.
2- Cancellation and Refund Policy:
We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made 2 days or more before the tour date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 1 day of the tour date are non-refundable. Please refer to our website for specific cancellation policies related to each tour.
3- Tour Itinerary:
While we make every effort to adhere to the scheduled tour itinerary, unforeseen circumstances may require us to make adjustments. We reserve the right to alter the tour route, venues, or timing without prior notice.
4- Participant Requirements:
Participants must be adults of 18 years of age or older to join our tours alone, otherwise all ages are welcome if accompanied by an adult. We also recommend that participants have a reasonable level of fitness and dietary flexibility to fully enjoy the tour.
5- Dietary Restrictions and Allergies:
Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies when booking your tour. While we will make every effort to accommodate your needs, we cannot guarantee that all dietary restrictions can be accommodated at every venue. Please inform us ahead of time for any dietary preferences.
6- Liability:

PinkAlien Food Tours is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or loss that may occur during the tour. Participants join our tours at their own risk and are advised to have their own insurance coverage.

PinkAlien Food Tours is not responsible for any food poisoning or disease, as all of our vendors are legally operating in the countries we operate in, hence all safety and health measures are not monitored by PinkAlien Food Tours, but fall under the responsibility of the municipality or country we operate in. As of now, Bahrain & Indonesia.
7- Alcohol Consumption:
If alcohol is consumed while on one of our tours, then participants must be of legal drinking age in the respective country. And any misuse of alcohol will not be tolerated.
8- Photography and Media:
By participating in our tours, you consent to be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform our tour guide at the beginning of the tour.
9- Privacy Policy:
We respect your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy, which can be found on our website.
